During this meeting, we’ll present a few potential solutions to the problem you want to solve. We’ll do this according to your requirements.

Here, we’ll present:

• several proposed solutions tailored to meet the needs of your mobile application for you to discuss and choose from;
• providing insights into why the chosen solutions work best;
• resources and the expertise of our team required to implement the project;
• a specific timeline within which we’ll deliver the project, with a prospective specific date of project completion.

Outcome

We have a clear understanding of which option is best for you, and we are ready to start preparing the final offer.

In this stage, we’ll collaboratively review and reach an agreement on the following key points:

• Finalize the project budget, along with a detailed overview of the upcoming phases and their respective timelines (the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)).
• Confirm the structure of the team assigned to your project, including the designated Team Leader and the Project Managers who will collaborate closely with you.
• Make a final decision regarding the initiation of our cooperation.
• If we agree to proceed, we will finalize the contract and discuss the next steps in detail.
• We ask you to identify the individual from your team who will manage the project. At the project kickoff, we will require a designated point of contact from your side.

Time for your decision, if it’s a yes, we can sign the contract.

During this meeting, we will focus on the following points:

• Confirm the initial meeting with all team members.
• Establish communication channels and project management tools.
• Establish the rules of cooperation and work settlement
• Outline the work methodology, including the frequency of project meetings, status updates, and biweekly demos.
• Verify if any changes have occurred since the contract was signed and assess if adjustments to the project schedule are necessary.
