In this role, you’ll help shape a global platform at the heart of a major transformation in HR data management for the medical industry.
The goal? Bring together all HR data from multiple countries into one unified source of truth - a centralized operational data warehouse.
In this role, you will
➡️ Define and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, adjusting as needed to stay on track
➡️ Monitor progress and proactively address risks, delays, or blockers
➡️ Facilitate regular status meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
➡️ Prepare clear, concise meeting summaries and action points
➡️ Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality expectations
➡️ Act as the go-to person for project visibility and coordination across regions
➡️ Coordinate activities across 6–7 countries, ensuring alignment between local teams and global objectives
➡️ At least 5 years of hands-on experience leading IT projects
➡️ Solid understanding of project management - from classical methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI) to flexible, team- and context-driven approaches
➡️ A relevant degree in IT, engineering, or project management
➡️ A fast response mindset
➡️ Experience working with distributed teams and ease in navigating multicultural environments
➡️ Strong planning and prioritization skills - able to stay focused and deliver results, even in fast-paced settings with multiple parallel initiatives
➡️ Fluent in English and Polish
