FAQ
How long does the recruitment process take?
We respect your time and make an effort to complete the process as soon as possible. This may vary depending on the type of position and project but we aim to complete the entire recruitment processes within 7-14 days.
What does the technical interview look like?
A member of the team we’re recruiting for usually conducts the technical interview. Rather than the usual interview format, it’s more like a discussion where you may have to share your opinion regarding a certain solution. We would like to see how you think 😉 The whole meeting lasts up to an hour and a half.
What is the company dress code?
Except for special occasions, every day is casual Friday. No worries, jeans and a t-shirt are ok with us.
What forms of cooperation do we offer?
Depending on your preferences, we can offer an employment contract, B2B contract or a civil contract.
What vacancies do we recruit for?
We’re always looking for talented individuals in web and mobile development. Depending on our needs, we also recruit to other teams such as SysOps/QA etc… We mostly fill full-time roles but this is not a rule.
Will I receive feedback after the interview?
We make sure to update you about each step. We provide a status update after each stage and give constructive feedback to all candidates who interview.
Do you have an Employee Referral Program?
