In this role you will
You'll:
➡️ Maintain & Extend Dynamics 365 CRM customizations used by Sales & Support teams ➡️ Design & Develop Power Apps / Power Automate flows to support business processes ➡️ Build new features ➡️ Maintain, troubleshoot and enhance existing solutions ➡️ Be responsible for identifying and suggesting improvements beyond initial specifications
Must have
➡️ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement – Online version, experience from Sales and Customer Service modules ➡️ Power Platform - Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps ➡️ Dataverse - advanced use including relationships, views, formulas, and scripts ➡️ JavaScript for Dynamics 365 - for form and field logic ➡️ Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) - integration and user management ➡️ REST API / OData - integration with external systems ➡️ Office 365 / M365 - integrations and usage in a CRM context ➡️ Fluency in English and Polish
Nice to have
➡️ Experience with Intune integration and device management from a CRM perspective ➡️ Knowledge of integration with accounting systems ➡️ Experience with customer service portals (third-party solutions) ➡️ Knowledge of e-commerce/webshop integrations ➡️ Experience with Azure Functions or other serverless development ➡️ Familiarity with AL coding or Business Central customizations ➡️ Experience with test automation and DevOps for Dynamics 365
