We store data in HDFS clusters hosted on AWS infrastructure. Due to multiple availability zones and high availability configuration, the data is always accessible even in case of partial downtime of an AWS region.

Tools which we have worked with and we can easily recommend include Tableau and AWS QuickSight. We also offer custom-built solutions tailored to client needs.
What security methods do you have in place to protect such a big volume of data?
We are well aware of the fact that handling big sets of data must not only be easily accessible but also well protected. Therefore a data cluster stored in the cloud is fully encrypted and is located in a private network without direct external access. Direct cluster access is only possible via a VPN.
What is the most challenging about implementing big data processing in our company?
In order to succeed in big data implementation the data volume has to be big enough, so its processing will bring value and answers for asked questions. Building machine learning solutions requires time and resources but such an investment will help save time and money in future.
