Kieron Cartledge is an absolute lover of everything digital! From crypto and NFT to even gaming in the metaverse, which is perfect as we already know this stuff after our lesson with Kelly Vero! 

Kieron is a Global Sales and Projects Director at Baanx – more efficient and faster than traditional fintech and banking. They are creating the bridge between the old and the new and both disrupting and improving the world of financial services.

Few Questions to Kieron:

1. What was your first job and what was the most important thing you learned from it?  

My first sales role was working for a POS Panasonic distributor as an apprentice. I learned how to really be tentative to a clients’ requirements. What they want, how they want the solution to work, and how to complete this.

2. Given the choice of anyone in the world, who would you have a beer with? 

Eminem. I have always been a huge fan, and I have already had a beer with Akon. Well, he had an orange juice, I had the beer. 

3. How do you start your day / What does a typical day look like for you? 

I start my day with a huge smile from my 8-month-old son, which then sets me up for the day. No matter what happens, good or bad or ugly, I do it for him, my 8-year-old, and my wife!

4. What are three apps you can’t live without? 

LinkedIn, Basecamp and Twitter.

5. Most influential book or movie? 

‘How to win friends and influence people’ by Dale Carnegie and the movie would be ‘The Blind Side’.

6. The first word that comes to your mind when you think of Poland? 

Inspirational humanitarian efforts during this tough time with Ukraine and Russia.
