The Service gathers information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:

Contact forms
The Website gathers information (names, e-mails) voluntarily provided by users. The data in the forms is not shared with third parties unless agreed upon with the user. The data contained in the contact forms (name, e-mail) is processed only to meet the aim of a specific form, for example, to process a service request or contact sales clients.
Job applicant personal data protection
Please be informed, the administrator of your personal data is APPLANDEO Sp. z o.o. with the headquarter in Kraków 30-349, Zygmunta Miłkowskiego 3/402 street. Your personal data will be processed only for the purposes of the recruitment processes. The data will not be disclosed to entities other than necessary in the recruitment process. Your personal data may be transferred to processors i.e. partners providing technical services (maintenance of IT systems).
The legal basis for the data processing is Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (UE) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and free flow of such data and repeal of the Directive 95/46/WE (general regulation on data protection) (hereinafter: GDPR) and a consent given by you.
You have the right to:
Request from the administrator access to, rectification and erasure of personal data, restriction of processing, to object to the processing as well as the right to data portability.
Withdraw given consent at any time. You can do so by sending an email to [email protected]. The withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Giving the personal data under the regulations of the Labour Code is compulsory, in all other cases is voluntary. We process personal data sent in the application for the purpose of recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement for a period of 6 months from the end of the recruitment process, and in the case of consent to participate in future recruitments until it is withdrawn.

The Website uses cookies.
