We invite you to co-create the Recruitment team, which is a link between the world of technology and HR. You will have an opportunity to learn all that magic. But recruitment must be your passion! 🙂

Initially, you will help with research and sourcing, i.e., search and contact potential candidates using various methods and tools. It will also be essential to create and manage our 'talent pool'. When you are ready for it, you will conduct the recruitment processes yourself 😉

You can also get involved in additional projects such as internal HR or Employer Branding.

We expect you to be eager to learn about recruitment, flexibility, and cheerfulness in contact with our developers and all candidates. You will play a vital role in supporting the company’s development.

Must have

You have the soul of a researcher, you like finding information and looking for the best solutions
You have communication skills
You are on time and organize your work perfectly
You ask when you don't know something
You like to work in an unconventional way or on tasks that require creativity
You are characterized by great attention to detail with the ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize
Knowledge of the Polish language
If necessary, you can talk to a candidate in English without any problems (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have

You already have the first similar experiences (gained during work or internship)
You can create simple graphics, e.g., in Canva (for communication in social media)
You are interested in EB topics
