Your responsibilities

Liaise with the Product Owner to refine requirements and ensure that the software
delivered meets customer expectations
Liaise with Engineers and QAs within Sprint teams to ensure their understanding of the
deliverables are comprehensive
Ensure that documentation is comprehensive and maintained as functionality is
updated
Timely delivery of solution design based on business requirements gathered from
Stakeholders
Stakeholder management
Be part of Scrum software development process and follow Agile best practices
Perform User Acceptance testing when required of delivered functionalities
Provide post-implementation support

Must have

Minimum of 3 years exp as a Business Analyst, experience with business
and requirements analysis, product backlogs, high quality documentation
Good project experience and understanding of at least one key Payments area:
o Direct Debits and Credit Transfers (SEPA, Domestic Payments)
o Payment Systems actors/participants
o Alternative Payment Methods and Payments Innovation (Instant Payments, E-Payments, Open Banking API)
o Core Banking/Payment systems implementation and related organizational impacts (functional, business requirements, processes, roles, etc.)
o Clearing and Settlement Process
Good mix and exposure to Business and Technology (Payments Systems Integration Standards, Internet Banking, Back Office Operations)
Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Strong business analysis, data and process modelling experience
End to end project lifecycle understanding
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellent English – verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (at least B2+/C1 level)

Nice to have

Experience in working with SCRUM software development process, Kanban or other
Agile methodologies
Experience using JIRA or other issue tracking systems
User Guide and Technical writing experience
Experience using UML/BPMN
Ability to read JSON, YAML , XML, CSV files message formats
Understanding and interpretation of EU Regulation and legislative developments under
PSD2, SEPA Schemes etc. with the ability to identify and implement solutions to meet
emerging regulatory and legislative requirements
Experience and understanding across multiple technologies including RESTful web
services and database applications
